Here at KBJ Records, we have the greatest confidence that you will be satisfied with our work, but if  for some reason we cannot meet your desired results within 3 passes at your design we do offer a 35% refund.  If our professional designers fail 3 times at reaching your desired results, we will provide you a 35% refund.

Why Not a 100% Refund?

We are a small company that works with our customers on a one to one basis.  Our designers will do an amazing amount of detailed work on your designs.  The time spent on designing your project cannot be recovered and therefore must be paid for.  The customer can only recoup the portion of the cost left over after designer fees have been paid.
