Pay As You Go (Installment Plans) serve as a way for you to afford some of our more expensive services. Installment plans allow you to pay installments rather than the full price. Your payment will be broken up into installments ranging from 2 to 4 payment cycles. All orders must be paid for within a 12 month period. You will have the option to either pay monthly or bi-weekly.
Most bi-weekly installment plans will consist of 2 to 3 equal installment cycles, but such may not always be the case. Some bi-weekly installment plans will consist of the first payment being a little higher than the second & third payments. Shipping is usually split equally across the two installments.
Most monthly installment plans will consist of 2 to 4 payment cycles where the first payment will always be higher than the following payments. Shipping is usually included in the first installment with monthly plans.
No refund policy applies with installment plans. You are responsible for the full payment of the purchase regardless of plan cancellation.

Will I receive my full product before all of my payment cycles are completed?
Yes! We start working on your order as soon as you make your first purchase. We ship your product as soon as your product is complete. In most cases you will have received your product before the payment cycles have been completed.
Can I cancel an installment plan after I have signed up?
No. Once you have signed up for an installment plan, you are liable for the full price of the product. You may only cancel if we have not started processing the order.
Can I receive a refund on services that I purchased on installment?
Yes, but only if we have made an error in preparing your order. If we determine that we are at fault, you will be instructed to return the merchandise to us before we will issue a refund. You have up to two days to file for a refund. There is no refund on Graphic Design Orders.
